Refund Policy — The Agent Shelf

All products sold by The Agent Shelf are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a download has been initiated.

Your right to cancel. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase. By proceeding to download your file, you expressly waive this right of cancellation, in line with Regulation 37(1)(a).

Technical issues. If you experience a problem accessing your download — corrupted file, broken link, wrong file delivered — contact us at hello@theagentshelf.com within 14 days of purchase. We will resolve the issue or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Discretionary refunds. We reserve the right to issue refunds in exceptional circumstances, decided case by case.
